19:30 - 21:00: 3-Course Dinner with coffee and petit fours (see below)

21:00 - 22:05: Awards Ceremony, Events R Talented Performance, and Prize Draws

22:05: After party commences with live band and DJ: Party Up

01:30: Carriages

Accessibility at the M&IT Awards

We want every guest to have a smooth, comfortable journey on the night. Grosvenor House has confirmed that if you or your guest requires accessibility support, you should enter via the Park Street entrance, where the main hotel reception is located. The venue's Security Officers will be on hand in the lobby to meet you and any carers on arrival, and will personally escort you to the Great Room, guiding you through the accessible routes in and out of the venue.

Access throughout the evening is via a lift, which serves both the balcony level for the drinks reception and the main floor for dinner, so there are no stairs to navigate at any point in the evening.
