Meeting Needs is a registered charity founded by leading figures in the UK conference and events Industry. The objective of Meeting Needs is to raise funds for worthy causes relevant to the events industry which may not have the resources to raise sufficient funds without additional contributions. Many needy causes do not have access to public funding and Meeting Needs can provide financial support to these types of organisations through various fund-raising initiatives and activities.
At the M&IT Awards, Meeting Needs has raised more than £52,000 in the last three years.

Meeting Needs are delighted to launch their annual online auction in support of the M&IT Awards — and we’d love you to be involved by donating a prize.

The 2025 M&IT Awards saw funds raised through raffle draws and an online auction, which closed on the night with a standout prize: a luxury safari holiday in Zimbabwe and Botswana, generously donated by Destination Victoria Falls by Talking Stick Global. Additional prizes were donated by Barceló Hotels, Goodtravel Management, CT Group Conferences & Incentives, Iconic Luxury Hotels, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, Marriott Resort Malta, and Alpine Sterlin Malta & Gozo.
