What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by invoice, BACS or credit card. Your preferred payment option can be selected at the time of booking.

Please note payment must be received in full before the awards ceremony.

I have booked more than one individual ticket. Will all guests on the same booking be seated together?

For those that book individual tickets, you and your guests will be seated together.

I have booked a table for 10 guests but need an extra space. Is this possible?

Yes, we can increase the size of tables to a maximum of 12 for an additional cost per person. Please book your additional seat by heading to our ticket platform and contact lcoleridge@ntmllc.com, to ensure that the new booking is allocated to the same table.

How do I register my guests?

To register your guests, please log into your account and click the 'amend guest names' button located at the bottom of the page on the left. Please ensure you input the names and dietary requirements of all your guests along with their email addresses.

Why do I need to submit my guests email address?

We issue e-tickets to all guests; each ticket will have its unique code and be scanned upon arrival. As we are unable to send multiple e-tickets to the same email address, we will need the email address of each attendee/guest so that the ticket can be issued.

Guests will not be able to gain access to the event without their own personal ticket which will be linked to their details.

When will my guest receive their e-ticket?

All e-tickets will be sent approximately one week before the event.

What happens if one of my guests cancels?

Tickets are transferable. If a guest cancels, please let us know by emailing lcoleridge@ntmllc.com. We will cancel their ticket and issue a new one to their replacement.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

Please indicate these on your dietary request section when registering your guests.
